What we are looking for

Between us we represent a wide array of authors and are always keen to take on new clients. On the fiction side we are particularly interested in debut novelists, historical fiction, crime and thrillers and reading group fiction - both British and international. Strong story-telling, emotional depth and vivid characters are all elements we are looking for.

In terms of non-fiction we are looking for strong personal memoir, social history and sharp observation on contemporary society, business, popular science, politics, biography, cookery, sports writing, and humour.
