Annie is a yoga teacher and founder of the popular wellness and lifestyle blog, Mind Body Bowl.
Her first book, of the same title, brings together her holistic approach to wellbeing and balance through three pillars of wellness – the mind, the body and the food that you eat.
Mind Body Bowl helps to guide and sign post some key parts of the journey towards connecting with our own body and mind in order to find our own individual sense of balance. The book includes a selection of plant based recipes that are nourishing and delicious, focusing on simple, fresh ingredients that are easy to source.
Based in East London, Annie believes that balance is dynamic and individual and she tries to bring this to the mat in order to make her yoga classes accessible for everyone. Expect to stretch, sweat a little and most importantly have fun.
